1. Using this site
This website is provided by Two Guys USA LLC for information about our services. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. Service descriptions, process outlines and any figures mentioned are general information only.
A quote becomes binding only once we have provided it to you in writing for your specific job and you have accepted it. Any quote may be revised if the scope changes, or if conditions come to light that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand — we will tell you before carrying out additional work.
3. Scheduling
Timelines given on this site or in conversation are estimates. Outdoor work in Wisconsin depends heavily on weather and ground conditions, and seasonal services such as snow clearing are subject to demand and to the terms of any separate agreement.
4. Insurance and licensing
Two Guys USA LLC carries insurance for the work we undertake. Proof is available on request before work begins. Any permits required for a job will be discussed as part of the quote.
5. Other trades
Some work is carried out with the help of other trades and suppliers we work with. Our agreement remains with you, and we remain your point of contact for the job.
6. Photography
We may photograph completed work for our own records and marketing. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will not use images of your property.
7. Content on this site
The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Two Guys USA LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Please do not copy, scrape or republish material from this site.
8. Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
