1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the online accounts Two Guys USA LLC (“Two Guys USA,” “we,” “us”) sets up for customers, contractors and staff. By using the site or an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we collect and use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The work itself is governed by the written quote or agreement for your job. If anything in these terms conflicts with that written quote or agreement, the written quote or agreement wins.

2. How we work

We are your one point of contact for property care and home improvement work. Most jobs are carried out by independent local contractors that we line up, check and supervise, and some smaller jobs we handle ourselves. Either way, your agreement is with Two Guys USA, and we stay responsible to you for the job from the first call to the final walkthrough.

The contractors we work with run their own businesses. They are not our employees, and they should not ask you for payment or change the scope of the job directly. If one does, please call us.

3. Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. Service descriptions, process outlines and any figures mentioned are general information only, and submitting the quote form does not commit you or us to anything.

A price becomes binding only once we have given it to you in writing for your specific job and you have accepted it. It may be revised if the scope changes, or if conditions come to light that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, such as hidden damage. We will explain any change and get your agreement before doing additional work at additional cost.

4. Scheduling and weather

Timelines given on this site or in conversation are estimates. Outdoor work in Wisconsin depends on weather and ground conditions, and seasonal services such as fall cleanups are subject to demand and to the terms of any separate agreement. If we need to move a date, we will tell you as early as we can.

5. Invoices and payment

We bill through QuickBooks. Each invoice says what is owed, when it is due and how to pay it. If an invoice lets you pay online, that payment is handled by Intuit under its own terms. If you have a question about a bill, call or email us before the due date and we will sort it out with you.

6. Insurance and permits

Two Guys USA carries business insurance, and we ask the contractors we work with for their own certificate of insurance. Ask us and we will send proof of coverage before any work begins. Any permits a job needs will be discussed as part of the quote.

7. Your property

Please tell us about anything that affects the work: property lines, buried lines or pipes you know about, pets, access limits, or hazards we might not see. You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work you ask for.

8. Photos of the work

We photograph jobs before, during and after the work, so we can check it and keep a record. We may also use photos of finished work in our marketing, without your name or address. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will not use photos of your property in our marketing.

9. Accounts

Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign up. Keep your password, and your sign in code if you have one, to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Use your account only for your own jobs or work with us. We may pause or close an account that is misused, or when the work it was set up for has ended.

10. Contractors and applicants

Sending an application does not guarantee any work. If we work together, each job is offered separately and on the terms set out with it, and you remain an independent business responsible for your own licenses, insurance, taxes, workers and equipment. We will ask for a certificate of insurance and a W9 before paying you. Customer details you see in the portal are for doing that job only: do not use them for anything else or share them, and do not contact our customers about other work.

11. Using this site

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Two Guys USA LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied, scraped or republished without our permission. Please do not send false or automated requests, try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with how the site works.

12. Accuracy and liability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information published here.

Our responsibility for the work we do is set by your written quote or agreement and by Wisconsin law. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Wisconsin consumer protection or home improvement law, or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

13. Other websites and services

Where we link to other sites, such as our social media pages or review listings, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Services we rely on, such as Google, Intuit and the providers named in our Privacy Policy, are run under their own terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and do not change a quote or agreement you have already accepted.
