Who actually shows up at my house?
A local outfit you can get hold of. Two Guys USA is locally owned, and we work with the best trades in the area so the right people are on your job. Whoever is on site, you deal with us start to finish and we stand behind the work.
What areas do you cover?
Green Bay is home base, and we regularly work De Pere, Howard, Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Kaukauna, Pulaski, Shawano, Seymour and Manitowoc. If your town isn't on that list it's still worth a call. We cover more of the region than fits neatly on a page, and we'll tell you honestly if you're outside our range rather than pad the drive into your price.
Is any job too small?
No. A single stump, one leaning limb, a half-day of leaf cleanup: we'd rather do the small job well and be the people you call for the big one. Small jobs get the same equipment, the same insurance and the same cleanup standard as a full remodel.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day, seven days a week. That's the response, not necessarily the work. Scheduling depends on the season and the size of the job. What we will do is give you an honest timeline on that first call instead of a vague 'we'll get to it.'
What does a quote cost?
Nothing, and there's no obligation attached to it. Tell us the job by phone, text or the form and we'll get you a straightforward number. We'd rather spend twenty minutes quoting a job we don't win than surprise someone with an invoice.
Can you quote from photos?
Often, yes, especially for tree work, cleanups and snow. Text a few photos to (920) 430-0999 with a rough idea of access and we can usually give you a solid range without a site visit. Anything structural, or where we need to see grade and access, is worth us coming out.
Will the final price match the quote?
That's the whole point of quoting properly. What we quote is what you pay unless the job itself changes: you ask for extra work, or we uncover something genuinely hidden like rot behind siding or a stump sitting on a utility line. If that happens you hear about it before we keep working, not on the invoice.
How and when do I pay?
For most jobs, on completion once you've walked it with us and you're happy. Larger remodels are staged, and we'll set out the schedule in writing before anything starts so there are no surprises either direction.
How do you take down a tree near my house?
In sections, roped down rather than felled, using a lift or a climber depending on access. Nothing comes down in one piece if there's a roof, a fence or a power line in the fall zone. We tarp what needs protecting, work top-down, and chip and haul as we go so the site never turns into an obstacle course.
Do you grind the stump too?
It's a separate line on the quote so you can decide, but yes, we grind below grade, pull the chips, backfill with soil and leave it ready to seed. Plenty of people take the removal and leave the stump; you can always call us back for it later.
What happens to all the wood and brush?
It leaves with us unless you want it. Brush gets chipped, and we'll happily leave the chips as mulch if you've got a bed that wants them. If you burn or heat with wood, say so when we quote and we'll cut rounds to length and stack them instead of hauling them off.
Can you handle a tree that's already down?
Yes, and storm damage is the one thing we'll drop other work for. Call or text (920) 430-0999. Downed trees on structures, driveways or lines get moved to the front of the queue.
How do I know if a tree needs to come down?
Big signs are a lean that's changed, mushrooms or soft punky wood at the base, large dead limbs over anything you care about, or a split in a main fork. We'll come look and tell you honestly if it can be pruned instead. Taking down a tree that didn't need it is a bad way to earn a repeat customer.
When should I book snow removal?
Earlier than feels necessary. Seasonal routes fill through autumn and once the first real snow lands we're running the list we already have. If you're late, call anyway. We'll fit you in where we can, but early gets you a guaranteed spot.
Do you do per-storm or seasonal contracts?
Both. A seasonal contract is a flat rate for the winter and means you're on the route automatically at a set trigger depth. Per-storm suits people who travel or only want the big ones cleared. We'll tell you which is cheaper for your situation based on a normal Green Bay winter.
How deep does it have to snow before you come?
Standard trigger is two inches, and it's written into the contract so there's no guesswork. We can set it lower for a steep drive or a home business that needs to open regardless.
What's included in a spring or fall cleanup?
Leaves and debris off the whole property, beds cleared and edged, gutters if you want them, and everything hauled away. Spring adds cutting back what winter killed and getting beds ready to plant. It's quoted by property size and how heavy the leaf load is, not by the hour.
What kind of interior work do you take on?
Bathrooms, flooring, interior trim and the general run of handyman and repair work. We're a property-care company first, and the trades we bring in do solid interior work. For a full gut with structural changes we'll tell you straight if you're better served by a dedicated remodeler.
How long does a bathroom take?
Most straightforward bathrooms run one to two weeks depending on tile, fixture lead times and whether anything unpleasant turns up behind the walls. You get a schedule before we start and an honest heads-up the moment something moves it.
Do you clean up between days?
Every day. Dust barriers where they're needed, floors protected, tools out of the walkway. You should be able to live in the house while we work, and we'd rather spend the last twenty minutes of a day tidying than hand you a building site each evening.
Are you insured?
Fully insured on every job, big or small. Ask and we'll send proof before any work begins. And if a contractor ever hesitates when you ask that question, that's your answer about them.
What if something gets damaged?
You tell us and we make it right. That's what the insurance is there for, and in practice it's why we tarp, rope and take trees down in sections instead of working fast and hoping. Damage costs us far more than the time it takes to avoid it.
Do you pull permits?
Where the work requires one, yes, and we'll tell you at quote time if your job needs it so the cost and the timeline are in the number from the start.
