We collect the minimum we need to quote and carry out your job. We don't sell it and we don't run ad trackers on this site.

1. What this covers
This policy explains what Two Guys USA LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this site only — not to anything you send us by phone, text or in person, though we treat that information with the same care.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the city or job address you enter, the service you select, and any details you write in the message box. That is the whole list — we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of serving the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work and stay in touch about that job. We may also use it to keep our own records of work performed. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Who else can see it
Quote submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations. Where a job involves another trade or supplier, we share only what they need to carry out the work — usually a name, address and description of the job. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and afterwards for our business records. If you would like your details removed, email us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep them.
6. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses a small amount of browser storage to remember whether you have already seen the intro animation during your visit. Blocking that in your browser will not stop the site working.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email twoguysusallc@gmail.com and tell us what you need.
8. Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
