What we collect and what we do with it.

1. What this covers

This policy explains what Two Guys USA LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this site only, not to anything you send us by phone, text or in person, though we treat that information with the same care.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the city or job address you enter, the service you select, and any details you write in the message box. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of serving the site securely.

We also keep a simple count of page visits on our own systems so we can see which pages are useful. That record contains the page address, the website you arrived from (its name only, never the full link), whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer, and a random identifier that lasts until you close the tab. It does not include your IP address, your name, or anything else that identifies you, it is not shared with anyone, and it is not used for advertising. There are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal we do not count the visit at all.

When you send a quote request we also record how the form was used: how long it was open, how many times you typed or tapped in it, and whether your browser identifies itself as automated. This is how we tell a real inquiry from the automated junk that gets sent to every contractor's website. It is a handful of numbers about the form, not about you, and it is never used for anything else.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work and stay in touch about that job. We may also use it to keep our own records of work performed. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Who else can see it

Quote submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations. Where a job involves another trade or supplier, we share only what they need to carry out the work, usually a name, address and description of the job. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with your inquiry and afterwards for our business records. If you would like your details removed, email us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep them.

6. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses a small amount of browser storage to remember whether you have already seen the intro animation during your visit. Blocking that in your browser will not stop the site working.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email twoguysusallc@gmail.com and tell us what you need.

8. Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
