How we approach it
We handle roofing and siding repairs and replacement, plus the exterior odd jobs most companies won't quote because they're too small to be worth the trip: a section of trim, a length of failed flashing, a soffit the squirrels found.
If we open something up and find rot or water damage behind it, you hear about it with photos before we carry on. That conversation is never fun, but it's a lot better than finding out at the invoice.
