A snow contract is really a promise about a morning you haven't had yet. It's dumped eight inches overnight, and you need to be somewhere at eight.
How we approach it
We run a set route on a set trigger depth, so you don't call us and you don't wonder. Standard is two inches; we'll set it lower for a steep drive or a business that has to open regardless. Routes are sized so everyone on them actually gets cleared before the morning, which is why the list closes once it's full.
Drives, walks and lots. We clear back to the edges rather than leaving a lane down the middle, keep piles off sightlines at the end of the drive, and salt where you ask for it.
